FNTSYLND operates on a curated catalog model. Products are available for a limited time — typically about 1 month.

  • The product may be removed from the Site entirely ("rotated out").
  • The product may sell out and not be restocked.
  • A different product may take its place in our curated collection.

We do not guarantee that any product will remain available for purchase beyond its stated rotation window. Inventory is limited. All sales are final once payment is processed.

Product Descriptions

We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, and images. However, we do not warrant that product descriptions, images, pricing, or other content on the Site are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it in accordance with our Returns Policy (subject to hygiene restrictions).

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after an order has been submitted. If a pricing error is discovered, we will contact you to confirm whether you wish to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order for a full refund.

Payment Processing

Billing Descriptor

Sales Tax

5. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Fulfillment Timeline

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 to 4 weeks from the date of order confirmation. This extended window allows us to source high-demand items on a just-in-time basis and maintain our curated scarcity model.

If fulfillment will take longer than 4 weeks, we will notify you via email and provide an updated timeline. You will have the option to wait for fulfillment or cancel your order for a full refund.

Discreet Packaging & Shipping

All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external indication of the contents. The return address will list "ProSynServ Inc" or a similar discreet name — not "FNTSYLND."

Shipping costs and delivery timelines will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or force majeure events.

Address Accuracy

You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by you. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, you will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the intimate nature of our products, returns are subject to strict hygiene restrictions. Please review our Returns Policy for complete details, including:

  • Eligible products (unopened, unused, in original packaging).
  • Non-returnable products (opened intimate items, hygiene-sensitive products).
  • Return window (typically 30 days from delivery).
