We ship discreetly, communicate clearly, and handle returns with the same level of care we bring to the rest of the FNTSYLND experience.
Shipping & delivery
- All orders ship in plain, discreet outer packaging with no exterior product details.
- Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier service, and order volume.
- If a package arrives damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible at hello@fntsylnd.com with your order number and photos of the package and item.
- Once a package has been marked delivered by the carrier, any issue involving theft, loss after delivery, or delivery location error may require a carrier review before resolution.
The hygiene standard
Due to the intimate nature of our curated collection, we maintain a strict hygiene policy. For the safety of all customers, any item that has been opened, worn, tried on, used, washed, or had its original seal or tamper-evident packaging broken is not eligible for return or exchange.
Eligible returns
- Unopened items: Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of confirmed delivery if they remain unopened and in their original sealed packaging.
- Defective items: If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect, email hello@fntsylnd.com within 48 hours of delivery and include photos plus your order number.
- Incorrect item received: If we shipped the wrong item, we will provide return instructions and work to correct the order as quickly as possible.
Items not eligible
- Opened or unsealed intimate products.
- Items returned without original packaging.
- Products showing signs of wear, use, washing, or handling beyond basic inspection.
- Any item marked Final Sale on the product page.
Return process
- Email us at hello@fntsylnd.com to request return authorization.
- If approved, we will provide return instructions and, where applicable, a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Returns should be sent in discreet outer packaging. Do not place shipping labels directly on the manufacturer’s packaging.
- Once received, we will inspect the item and confirm that its original seals and packaging remain intact before approving the return.
Refunds & exchanges
- Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method.
- Your statement may show the charge or refund under ProSynServ Inc.
- Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
- If a returned item fails inspection because its seal is broken or the item is no longer in returnable condition, the return will be denied.
